Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the omee.ai website (the “Site”) and the early-access waitlist, why, and what rights you have. It does not cover property websites built with omee.ai; each property owner is responsible for their own website and guests’ data.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is [Company legal name] LLC, [Registered address, Wyoming, USA] (“omee”, “we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, email hello@omee.ai.
[If omee has no establishment in the EU: name and contact details of the EU representative under GDPR Art. 27]
2. What we collect and why

| Your answers: questions you ask us, property type, number of bookable units, maximum number of guests, location, website, where you take bookings today, your role | Answering your questions, preparing your early access, and understanding which properties omee suits | Steps you asked us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent |
| Record of your consent: date and time you accepted the Terms of Use and agreed to be contacted, and the version of the text you agreed to | Being able to show that and when you consented | Our legal obligation to demonstrate consent (Art. 7(1), Art. 6(1)(c)) |
| How you reached the Site: page language, page, referring website, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters, Google Ads click ID) | Knowing which channels bring interested property owners | Our legitimate interest in measuring our marketing (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| IP address (when you submit the form) | Limiting the number of submissions per address to stop spam and abuse. It is kept only as a temporary counter and is not stored with your signup. | Our legitimate interest in protecting the Site (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Usage data collected by analytics and advertising measurement tools (see section 4) | Understanding how the Site is used, improving it, and measuring the results of our Google Ads campaigns | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
Giving us your email address and consent is necessary to join the waitlist. All other answers are optional.
3. Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosting of our servers and database.
- [Email delivery provider (SMTP), name and country]: sending our emails to you.
- The analytics providers listed in section 4.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
The Site uses the following analytics and advertising tools, which may set cookies or similar technologies on your device and collect information such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, and approximate location:
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC)
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd / Microsoft Corporation), which can record how you interact with pages
- Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd, Malta), which can record how you interact with pages
- Piwik PRO (Piwik PRO GmbH / Piwik PRO S.A.)
- Google Ads conversion measurement (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC), which records whether a visit that came from one of our ads led to a waitlist signup, and may be used to build advertising audiences
We use Google Consent Mode: until you accept, Google is told that consent for analytics and advertising (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) is denied. None of these tools is loaded until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you click “Reject”, they are not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again on every page; it contains only your choice and the time you made it.
5. Transfers outside the EU
omee is a US company and some of our providers are located in, or have access from, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Waitlist data (email, answers, attribution): until you are given access to the platform and for [e.g. 24 months] after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, whichever is first.
- Record of your consent: for as long as we hold your data and for the period in which a claim about it could be made.
- Spam-protection counters with your IP address: at most 24 hours.
- Analytics data: according to each provider’s retention settings, [e.g. 14 months].
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to our processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before. You can stop our emails by replying to any of them or writing to hello@omee.ai.
To exercise these rights, email hello@omee.ai. We reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work. In Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
8. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and by limiting access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
9. Children
The Site and the waitlist are intended for accommodation owners and managers, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects you materially, we will tell you by email.
