Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the omee.ai website (the “Site”) and to joining the omee.ai early-access waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

2. What the Site is for

The Site describes omee.ai, a website builder for villas, hotels and other accommodation, and lets you request early access. Information on the Site is general and may change. It is not an offer to enter into a contract.

Using the omee.ai platform itself (creating and publishing a property website) is a paid subscription service, with optional AI credits, and is governed by separate terms that you accept when you create an account. These Terms do not give you access to the platform.

3. The early-access waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.
• Joining does not guarantee access. We decide whom to invite, when, and in what order, and we may close the waitlist at any time.
• You must give your own, valid email address. Do not sign up anyone else.
• The information you give about your property should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. We use it to prepare your early access and to understand who omee is useful for.
• By joining you agree that we may contact you by email about early access. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@omee.ai.
• How we handle the information you give us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Site in a way that breaks any law, or to send spam, unsolicited messages or harmful content;
• submit false information, or other people’s details without their permission;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users’ data, or interfere with how the Site works (for example by overloading it, introducing malicious code, or circumventing rate limits or spam protection);
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, except for search engines indexing public pages.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos and the omee.ai name belong to omee or its licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, omee is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If you joined the waitlist and the change affects you materially, we will tell you by email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing law, e.g. the State of Wyoming, USA], and disputes are subject to the courts of [jurisdiction]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.
